About Avoma

Avoma is an intelligent meeting assistant for teams looking to automate some of the common tasks required for customer-focused meetings. We leverage NLP and machine learning to summarize meeting notes and extract key topics and action items discussed. All of this data automatically syncs back into their CRM. This helps to save end users time and focus on what matters most, their customer interactions.

We are a venture-funded early-stage startup, have 900+ paid customers, and are growing consistently month over month.

As a Content Marketing Manager at Avoma you will play a critical role in developing and implementing content strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive engagement with our target audience. Your expertise in B2B SaaS content marketing, combined with your creativity and strategic thinking, will be instrumental in strengthening our brand and generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with our marketing and business objectives, targeting B2B SaaS customers.
  2. Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, ebooks, website copy, social media content, and email campaigns.
  3. Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and implement best practices to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to ensure content relevancy and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to gather insights and develop content that addresses customer pain points and highlights our unique value proposition.
  6. Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B content strategies that drove brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  6. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to various formats and target different audiences.
