Director of Marketing

Socium Media is seeking a talented and motivated Director of Marketing to lead our efforts in partnership marketing, content creation, and collaborative lead generation with our sales team. If you're passionate about leveraging strategic partnerships, crafting compelling content, and generating high-quality leads that turn into long-term clients, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. As our Director of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing our agency as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking, the know-how to execute and measure multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to build and interpret reports to measure success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning and execution of Socium’s marketing programs
  • Lead the development of Socium’s brand strategy and brand identity, helping us tell our story to new and existing partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Socium’s services, capabilities, and differentiators
  • Identify opportunities and events such as webinars, conferences, panels, podcasts, etc. for the Socium team to showcase industry thought leadership
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
  • Develop lead nurturing sequences to convert users from email capture to clients
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media, SEO, and Creative team on creating best in class industry content
  • Oversee the operation and continued development of Socium’s website and potential launch of email marketing programs, all while providing analytics reviews to leadership
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of the curve and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Regularly analyze results and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Develop and manage marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for various marketing activities and campaigns

Compensation & Benefits

  • $125,000 - $145,000
  • Unlimited PTO
