One of the world’s most respected and prominent Consumer Products / Pharmaceutical Corporations has an immediate need for a highly-talented Junior Business Analyst to support projects on the implementation of a major business process improvement initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in her/his career to gain valuable experience as a Business Analyst with one of the world’s most innovative Consumer / Pharmaceutical corporations.

The chosen candidate will need to be able to gather and critically evaluate required information from multiple sources. The Business Analyst will need to provide interpretation of business needs and translate between technology teams, support teams and business units.

The Junior Business Analyst will support multiple regional projects and support large global/cross functional projects. The chosen candidate will need strong communication and presentations skills that will aid in communicating with Director and up to Vice President level

Requirements

Candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, ability to understand priorities, require minimal direction, ability to adapt to changing business needs/priorities, ability to work with and manage several cross functional business partners.

  • Must have experience with spreadsheet analysis, tracking and analyzing purchase orders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent MS Office skills to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SQL.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, v look-up
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills (written and verbal) as well as the ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure. Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results under aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong team player. Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
