At Marsh we do consulting and risk management services, insurance brokerage and insurance program management for different sectors of the economy. Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position in México City, located in Torre Mayor office:

Senior Policy Issuance Analyst

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate with our producing offices (PO) abroad to ensure that Marsh Mexico and the insurers in Mexico receive timely instructions to issue the policies that are part of a local program.
  • Review the policies up for renewal and request the PO offices to upload the issuance instructions into the Marsh system.
  • Communicate with local insurers to follow up on the issuance of policies.
  • Review the policy conditions of global programs against the instructions loaded in our system.
  • Upload policy information into our system.
  • Bilingual verbal and written contact with the PO to validate delays, inquiries, and the status of instructions and policy issuances.
  • Monitor the issuance and review endorsements (documents that modify the conditions of policies after issuance).

What do you need to have?

  • At least 1 years of experience in policy issuance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Damage policies- Property
  • Excel proficiency.
