Responsibilities
Preparation and Filing of Necessary Documents
Prepare and file the Articles of Incorporation with the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code
Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS
Compliance with State and Federal Regulations
Ensure compliance with Utah's specific S Corp requirements
Understand and adhere to IRS regulations for S Corporations
Requirements
Technical Skills
A minimum of five years of experience in business formation, particularly with setting up S Corporations
Extensive knowledge of Utah's business laws and regulations
Experience with IRS tax requirements for S Corporations
Proficiency in using business formation software and online filing systems
