Alabama Solutions is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and user needs
- Translate client requirements and feedback into innovative design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience as UX/UI Designer
- 4+ Years of experience working in E-Commerce
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio
- Figma proficiency
- Zero-to-One Development Experience
- Design Thinking approach
- Customer success-oriented
- Experience working in a client-facing role
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience Working with US or Canada Clients is a plus!
