Welcome to Palm Venture Studios! We're the proud parents of indieDwell Collective, a company that's on a mission to solve America’s affordable housing crisis and empower underserved communities. We're all about innovative steel-framed, energy-efficient modular solutions for affordable housing developers, from multifamily to single family and emergency housing. Our headquarters? The lovely Boise, Idaho, but we've got manufacturing joint-ventures in sunny Southern California and Northern California too.

Our Story

Our journey started in 2016 with a vision to bring healthy, durable, energy-efficient and sustainable housing to those who need it most. We became part of the Palm Venture Studios family in October 2023, and things have been looking up ever since. We're launching two new factories, expanding our modular design libraries, and developing new value-add products and services.

Our Impact

As a company, we're reshaping the affordable housing landscape one project at a time. Our projects have a long-lasting impact on communities, providing homes to people in need. We have a successful track record delivering projects with developers, contractors and communities, and we're constantly innovating on what's possible in volumetric modular construction.

Our Current Chapter

Right now, we're three months into navigating a “turnaround phase” under the guidance of Palm Venture Studios. We're on the hunt for new development contracts, delivering projects on-time and on-budget, building out a pipeline of executed contracts and throughput of active work, and activating two California-based modular manufacturing facilities with our strategic partners.
