We are seeking two Business Support Coordinators to provide essential operational and administrative support to our growing digital marketing agency. These roles are crucial for managing internal processes, handling client documentation, and ensuring smooth operational workflow, ultimately allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
The Impact you’ll make
Contract and Documentation Management- Prepare and manage contracts using PandaDoc
- Support client onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Manage tasks and deadlines via ClickUp
- Track project milestones
- Ensure timely completion of assignments
- Handle email correspondence
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Coordinate appointments effectively
- Update and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Monitor client interactions
- Support internal communication via Microsoft Teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proficiency in task management tools (particularly ClickUp)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Written French language proficiency (essential requirement)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar coordination role
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication in both English and French

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Position 1: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
- Position 2: Thursday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
- Eastern Standard Time
- 40 hours per week
- $5 per hour
