Summary:

As a Cold Caller you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, and ultimately increasing sales. Your ability to engage potential clients, build rapport, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts and guidelines.

• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or account managers with qualified leads.

• Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products/services to effectively convey their value to potential clients.

• Clearly and persuasively communicate the company's value proposition and offerings to potential clients.

• Address client objections and concerns professionally and confidently.

• Follow up with leads and provide additional information as necessary to move them through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language skills at either the B2 or C1 level is required.
• English Resume is required
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
