Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with major CRM platforms to manage customer journeys
- Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Capable of managing multiple CRM- and retention-related projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Strong ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial.
- CRM platform certifications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are preferred
- Database management certifications are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and architecture
- Database management and SQL proficiency
- Experience with CRM customization and integration
- Understanding of sales and marketing automation
- Data analysis and reporting expertise
- Workflow automation capabilities, API integration knowledge
- Business process modeling skills
- Data security and compliance knowledge
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
