We are hiring a CX Planning Specialist to our Customer Experience - CX team in São Paulo, Brazil!

This role is to join the CX Planning team, in charge of forecasting, sizing and controlling the global operations of CX that serves B2C and B2B clients and partners and is formed by internal and outsourced employees. As a Planning Specialist, you will support managers and directors of CX with accurate forecasts, important analysis, deep studies and definitions of tactics to keep the performance of the global teams of CX at the best level and with the best costs. This role explores the analytical capacity, the imagination and the communication skills of the person in it.


  • To support the deliveries of the following strategic and tactical major tasks of CX operations;
  • Assist at technical subjects the team of analysts and leaders of operations;
  • To do, to review and to communicate the forecasts of next months of groups and channels of global operations;
  • Make the capacity plans of next months and to execute them with HR and stakeholders;
  • Track and to make necessary moves in the schedules during the current month to mitigate risks to the targets of Service Level;
  • To keep control of new hirings and exits of employees as well as to keep systems updated;
  • To meet on a daily or weekly basis with leaders of operations in order to keep good levels of productivity and KPIs;

  • A true team player who loves working with numbers, workflows, worksheets of MS Excel or Google Sheets and makes magic by mixing those things;
  • Who has prior work experience with deep analysis of volumes of demand, making forecasts and sizing the proper number of people in the teams to handle them;
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal in Portuguese and in English;
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environmen;
  • You are creative to find solutions from the challenges;
  • You can clearly communicate complex issues with simple words to make anyone understand.
