Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Digital Commerce or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in eCommerce, retail, or related field
- Familiarity with digital marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Multi-tasking abilities and good time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, (MBA or Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing or eCommerce preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce or digital retail
- A proven track record of growing online revenue and implementing successful eCommerce strategies and scaling eCommerce initiatives
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Understanding of API integrations and technical architecture
- Remote/freelance work experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with data entry and inventory management systems
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software platforms
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
- Experience managing relationships with vendors and technology partners
- Budget management and financial planning expertise
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute omnichannel strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution
- Experience in P&L management
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
