DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and improve in their roles.
Oversee and manage team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and handling issues such as attendance, conduct, and other employee concerns.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication and regular team meetings.
Identify both individual and team development needs, and work with relevant teams to create plans for growth and improvement.
Contribute to learning and development initiatives that help the organization achieve its goals.
Ensure that all services and activities align with the company’s core values, policies, procedures, and performance targets (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
A background in Management would be considered advantageous.
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
Strong proficiency in PC applications (e.g., Office 365).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in conflict resolution.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
