The MarTech Ops Team is a dedicated group of versatile experts committed to advancing business growth through strategic technology and marketing solutions. We leverage cutting-edge MarTech tools to enhance user interactions, drive growth, and nurture customer relationships. Our collective proficiency spans specialties, blending business insights with technical excellence. This empowers us to craft marketing strategies that resonate across diverse channels, bolstered by a robust suite of tools, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), A/B/n Testing, personalization platforms, CRM, CMS, lead management, analytics, data science models, and more.

As the MarTech Website Platforms Manager, you will be the guiding force behind our web analytics operation, responsible for designing and overseeing the operation of robust tagging frameworks, managing client and server-side tag management tools, and ensuring the seamless operation of a wide array of web platforms. Your strategic vision and hands-on expertise will drive the collection, processing, and utilization of valuable data across our digital ecosystem, influencing key business decisions.


  • Strategic Tagging: Developing a comprehensive tagging strategy to track critical information and events across digital properties for data accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Efficient Tag Management: Operating client and server-side tag management tools to streamline data collection, processing, and organization, optimizing data accessibility through a centralized dataLayer.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Ensuring business teams extract actionable insights from web analytics tools, supporting multiple squads in tracking performance metrics and enhancing user experiences to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimized Experiments: Managing A/B/N testing tools to conduct experiments, optimizing user journeys, content, and conversion funnels for improved results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Overseeing experimentation tools to drive iterative enhancements in the digital experience through controlled experiments and web element refinements.
  • User-Centric Analysis: Championing the utilization of various tools like heatmapping, session replays, and targeted user surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative insights into user behavior, pinpointing pain points and optimizing website usability.
  • Personalized Engagement: Managing the integration and operation of offers and recommendation APIs to deliver personalized content and promotions, enhancing user engagement.
  • Collaborative Integration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of web platforms and tools. Additionally, working closely with engineering and core data platforms teams to establish a robust and cohesive data ecosystem for real-time decision-making and personalized user experiences.

  • Experienced Professional: Someone with proven senior experience in web analytics, tag management, and digital optimization roles, ideally within enterprise-level environments.
  • Web Analytics Guru: Possesses extensive expertise in web analytics suites like Google and/or Adobe, ensuring data-driven decisions are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Tag Management Pro: Proficient in the operation of either client and server-side tag management tools, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality while meeting specific business needs.
  • Comprehensive Technical Skill set: Well-versed in a broad spectrum of web platforms and tools, including A/B testing, experimentation, SEO, decoupled CMS, heat-mapping, and recommendation systems, all strategically applied to support our business goals.
  • Strategic Data-Driven Thinker: Approaches data analysis with a strategic mindset, focusing on the alignment of insights with business goals and the formulation of actionable strategies.
  • Team Leader: A skilled team manager and communicator, adept at collaborating with diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Problem Solver with Business Acumen: Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for understanding evolving business landscapes, ensuring that our Martech solutions are tailored to meet our organization's specific needs.
  • A Subject Matter Expert: Acknowledged as an authority in web analytics by your peers, teammates, and stakeholders. Demonstrates a consistent commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices, excelling in data management, effectively managing website platform ecosystems, and showcasing strong resource allocation expertise to optimize team contributions based on project and squad requirements.
  • A Front-end enthusiast: Despite not necessarily being a front-end developer, you have a strong knowledge and understanding of the front-end landscape, with a proven track record in managing tags and scripts, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization across digital platforms.
