THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Develop routine solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components under the guidance of more experienced team members.
  • Understand the end-to-end performance of fundamental IT platforms.
  • Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Gather and report on the performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in Network security with one or more technologies: Firewalls (PaloAlto or CheckPoint), Zscaler, VPN, F5 LTM/GTM
  • Experience in infrastructure automation / infrastructure as a code (IaC). Terraform and/or Ansible tower experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the neighboring technologies, i.e. systems administration, routing/switching etc.
  • Takes ownership of portions of work and receives guidance as needed. Responsible for completing assigned areas end to end.
  • Willing to learn new technologies as we have a broader responsibility of support services within the network space.
  • Problem solving and communication skills as you will interface with not only end users but also technology team members within operations and engineering space to troubleshoot issues and develop new solutions for deployment.
  • Ability to make technologically sound decisions.
  • Working knowledge of the network monitoring solutions, i.e., SolarWinds, Gigamon, etc.
  • Ability to analyze packet captures with WireShark

  • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
  • Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automation
  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • The group of skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OS
