We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python/Django Developer with at least 2 years of experience in Python and/or Django development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, experience building scalable applications, and a passion for solving complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. This position is remote on EST Hours.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and the Django framework.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to design and manage data models.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into projects.
