Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and organizing files and records.
