Responsibilities
- Measure progress of the Technology Services SAFe transformation project
- Generate insightful scorecards that effectively communicate key findings and actionable insights from collected data
- Develop and implement data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data trends and patterns to stakeholders
- Develop and implement comprehensive data collection strategies from multiple sources
- Establish robust data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of collected data
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with Data Science
- 2 years of experience with managing data-driven projects
- 2 years of experience using Data Analysis and Visualization tools, including dashboard creations through MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI, JIRA, and related tools
- 2 years of experience with presentation and communication of complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient knowledge with Automation
