Summary:

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing sales transactions and turning leads into paying customers. You will play a crucial role in the sales process, using your persuasive skills and product knowledge to convert potential customers into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is a tenacious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert leads and prospects into paying customers by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products/services.

  • Conduct persuasive and compelling product presentations to demonstrate how our offerings meet the customer's needs.

  • Address and overcome objections to close deals and address customer concerns effectively.

  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.

  • Utilize various closing techniques and strategies to secure sales, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

  • Foster and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

  • Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products/services to effectively communicate them to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either the B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
