We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative dedicated to Coinbase Developer Platform. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll drive Coinbase’s future growth in the Developer Product segment focused on infrastructure, APIs, and SDKs. You'll join a team of highly skilled, passionate, and knowledgeable sales professionals helping companies build the crypto economy. As part of your role, you'll drive demand generation efforts and collaborate with field sales to build qualified sales pipeline. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Conduct research and create outreach materials for high value prospects in partnership with Sales & Marketing
• Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify as sales opportunities
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to build qualified sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with prospects and conduct discovery to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify opportunities
• Ensure transparency in the demand generation process and identify opportunities for cross-selling existing Coinbase products
• Maintain CRM best practices to ensure we have a customer-centric view

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Track record of top performance or prior success
• Fluency and knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to act proactively and independently in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience working in the crypto industry
• Prior experience in client-facing roles
• Experience with crypto wallets and staking
