Our client is a cutting-edge SaaS company specializing in property management solutions. They provide innovative software that helps property managers and landlords streamline their operations, improve tenant satisfaction, and maximize rental income. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying, and ultimately closing potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest, setting appointments, and closing deals. This is the first sales role; there is tremendous upward mobility (and compensation!) available in this organization if the job is executed well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers using various tools and strategies.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, and challenges, and fit with solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Software Demos: Show prospective customers how they can save time and make more money.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Follow-up: Provide timely follow-up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate our client's value proposition.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive).
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io) is a plus.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000-$1500 USD / month

Schedule: Atlantic Timezone
