Senior HR Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR operations team in designing, implementing, and managing HR processes and systems.
- Drive operational excellence to enhance HR service delivery and improve employee experiences.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and provide HR support tailored to their functions.
- Manage data management and reporting to support HR decision making and analyze employee metrics.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing solutions that align with company values and compliance requirements.
- Train and mentor HR team members to build their capabilities and improve overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR management, with a strong emphasis on compliance and process optimization.
- Proven track record in managing HR projects and initiatives from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex HR data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
