We are currently hiring a remote Service Desk Analyst in Mexico!

Pay/Shift/Location

  • Pay: 14K pesos monthly
  • 1st shift - working 4 days: Saturday and Sunday, 5:30am - 6:00pm CST; Monday and Tuesday, 7:30am - 5:00pm CST
  • REMOTE!!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers experiencing IT-related issues and services
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Performing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.) , and initial triage for client network environments
  • Using Active Directory administration
  • Analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
  • Mobile Phone Support

What are the requirements?

  • Advanced with English language
  • Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint
  • Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
  • High school diploma, college graduates preferred
