This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 5 days/week, flexible US business hours (40 hours/week), with 1-hour break

Client Location: United States

Client Overview: Leading tech innovator in the outdoor guiding industry. They provide guides with free, personalized business websites, and offer payment processing services through a revolutionary business management tool

Responsibilities:
  • ​Gather data on the Outdoor Activity Guides from the internet (social media, websites, etc.) and input those into the platform/s.
  • Learn and be familiar with the terms and definitions of the business.
  • Assist Sales Team to complete or create new online profiles.
  • Create unique contents for the Outdoor Activity Guides to build a profile (and/or website as needed).
  • Assist in creating and monitoring online listings (Google Business, Apple and Bing) and website.
  • Research and execute integration of online contents that add value to the Guide’s business
  • Check and interpret trip rates offered by the Guides and input those into our platform/s.
  • Know basic photo editing (cropping and resizing).
  • Check (and update if needed) Outdoor Activity Guides’ Calendar and rates.
  • Know basic photo editing (cropping and resizing).
  • Attend and participate in group/company meetings and learning sessions as prescribed by the Lead, General Manager and/or the Executive team.
  • Any additional related tasks as approved and communicated by the Lead, General Manager and/or the Executive team.
