Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B calling, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and calling software. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting with decision-makers in the Banking and Financial Sector across the globe, arranging meetings between our management and prospective leads, and driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to clients in the Banking and Financial sectors across global markets.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and arrange meetings between our management and prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the company's offerings to potential clients and address their queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.
Manage and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of interactions.
Utilize calling software and other tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5-10 years of B2B tele-sales experience, preferably in the Banking and Financial Sector.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and calling software (e.g., RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad and others).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect, engage, and build rapport with global clients over calls.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously with great attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and proactive approach to address client concerns and objections effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in international markets.
Familiarity with Banking and Financial sector terminology and decision-making processes.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
