    We are looking for a talented Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Panama.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line support to employees through various channels, such as virtual chat, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of basic HR inquiries. This position will be based in Panama but will serve the Multichannel Region (Central and South America).

    • Provide on-site assistance to employees, supporting daily HR-related needs and fostering a positive employee experience through direct engagement.

    • Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and the maintenance and updating of employee personnel files (records), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Supports the organization and execution of internal human resources events, initiatives, and communication campaigns aimed at improving employee engagement and awareness.

    • Collaborates in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring the availability and accuracy of HR documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

    • Provides logistical and administrative support for training sessions, workshops, or informational talks for employees led by HR, contributing to their smooth execution and effective participation.

    • Maintains data accuracy and drives the efficiency of HR administrative processes to deliver enhanced experiences and ongoing support to managers and employees in the geographic region.

    • Enter workforce data accurately and comprehensively into human resources information systems; manage employee records.

    • Help manage the administration and compliance with human resources policies and procedures; advise on compliance with key legislative requirements and take steps to ensure that all requirements and agreements within the geographic area or sub-area are met.

    • Participate in compensation and benefits administration processes by collaborating with Total Rewards Operations.

    • Create employment contracts and letters as required by local laws or practices, ensuring quality and accuracy.

    • Champion excellence in customer service and drive continuous improvement. Help optimize HR processes within the geographic sub-region by leading initiatives that measure, monitor, and drive continuous improvement.

    • Competencies: Human Resources Data Management: Act on people data to ensure its integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policy and legal requirements.

    • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Translate Cummins’ plan design and legal and tax requirements into the communication and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.

    • Payroll Administration: Translates company policies and tax and legislative requirements into the delivery of accurate and timely payments and reports to employees; ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internal control procedures.

    • Data Analysis: Discovers, interprets, and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; draws conclusions based on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and results that enable data-driven business decisions.

    • Human Resources Consulting: Collaborates with partners to assess the environment and apply sound judgment based on knowledge, skills, and experience to diagnose, identify, and optimize opportunities in order to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders—primarily employees—with those of the organization.

    • Execution of Human Resources Business Processes: Manages the execution of human resources business processes, striving for efficiency, accuracy, positive outcomes in business performance, and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; ensures compliance with legal and process requirements; effectively balances process requirements and the needs of business leaders.

    • Action-oriented: Takes on new opportunities and difficult challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

    • Effective communication: Develops and delivers multimodal communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

    Work Arrangement - Hybrid Model

    Weekly Work Schedule

    • Total weekly hours: 48 hours

    • Workdays: Monday through Saturday

    • Regular schedule (Monday through Friday):

    • Start: 8:00 a.m.

    • End: 5:00 p.m.

    • Break: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

    • Daily working hours: 8 hours

    • Saturday schedule (typically):

    • Start: 8:00 a.m.

    • End: 12:00 p.m.

    • Actual hours: 4 hours

    Work arrangement: Hybrid only

    • The hybrid work arrangement is available after completing 6 months of employment

    • Before 6 months: 100% on-site work (Monday through Saturday)

    • After 6 months:

    • 4 days on-site

    • 2 days remote work
