Overview:
The Marketing Manager is the creative and strategic engine behind Kuros campaign development, identifying the campaigns that need to exist, building the briefs that define them, and then driving them from agency kickoff all the way through launch and performance analysis. This role requires equal command of strategic thinking and detailed executional rigor: the ability to define what a campaign should accomplish and the discipline to ensure every detailed tactic, asset, and channel delivers on that promise. This is a full time role with the option to work from the Alpharetta office.
Campaign Strategy, Development & Execution
Conduct ongoing audit of commercial priorities, competitive landscape, and content gaps to identify campaigns that need to be built.
Author comprehensive creative briefs for each campaign: defining the audience, core insight, single-minded message, tone, channel mix, success metrics, timeline and budget guidelines.
Along with the Marketing Communications Director, serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead in agency kickoff sessions, ensuring the brief is understood, the creative direction is clear, and execution stays on strategy.
Guide agency and internal creative partners through concept development, review rounds, and final production; maintain brand voice and regulatory compliance throughout.
Translate complex clinical data and product science into compelling, audience-appropriate messaging and campaign concepts.
Develop campaign architecture that works across the full funnel, from awareness and education through conversion and sales enablement.
Own post-launch campaign performance review: consolidate metrics, identify what worked, document learnings, and apply insights to the next brief cycle. Content Management
