Requirements
8+ years in forex brokerage or financial services operations, with experience building and leading teams
Builder mindset: Demonstrated ability to build operational functions from scratch
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement workflows, and reconciliation processes within a forex or multi-asset brokerage
