What you'll do:
Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions
Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for
