CAA's core mission centers on training and deploying highly trained coaches as mentors who serve as transformative adults in young people's lives. The organization seeks to expand its visibility and impact through Ambassador programs that engage current and former athletes, coaches, sports leaders, and educators in advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.
