About Tandem Bridge Talent

Tandem Bridge Talent is a talent network and staffing firm specializing in placing elite Executive Assistants with founders, operators, and managing partners in the field-service industries, particularly HVAC, construction, roofing, and landscaping companies across the U.S. The company focuses on senior-level placements rather than entry-level roles, matching experienced executive assistants with business leaders who need operational support and trusted partnership. Their Executive Assistants handle executive support, field-service operations coordination, administrative and financial management, and systems optimization. The company emphasizes building long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, with many placements growing into Operations Manager or Chief of Staff roles within client organizations.
