To fill a vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position ofTechnical Service Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

• Carrying out installations, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and repair of laboratory equipment
• Коммуникация с заказчиками
• Advising company employees on equipment
• Completing administrative tasks within prescribed deadlines and informing the manager of any difficulties that arise; strict adherence to quality regulations
• Tracking the spare parts used
• Completing and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the SRM system
• Interacting with customers' service specialists to ensure better quality of support
• Complying with company rules regarding discipline and communication ethics

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems of customers
• Ability to prioritize and manage assigned service tasks under time constraints
• Skills in working and interacting within a cross-functional team
• Balance between technical expertise and customer communication skills
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in repair, maintenance and diagnostics of medical equipment (preferably with laboratory equipment)
