WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking to hire an Account Executive to help us connect and impact organizations through leadership coaching and development using human led services and our new AI platform, Leora AI. If you thrive in a fast paced yet consultative sales environment then this position is for you.
We are a 100% remote virtual leadership development platform with a new and exciting AI platform.
We offer 1:1 coaching, group training, and tech enabled solutions that help companies scale the best of leadership on a national as well as global scale.
We are a Series-A startup experiencing high growth that is adding to our team of professional sellers.
We are based in San Francisco, California but have employees all over including overseas in Europe.
Base Pay: $125,000 - $150,00 with OTE $250,000+

100% Remote work
2-5 years of experience selling an AI based product or add-on within the L&D and/or Training space or adjacent.
You are a top performer in B2B sales, and a personable yet persuasive seller.
You enjoy building, not maintaining accounts.
You are motivated by the thrill of the hunt.
You are not afraid to partner with c-level executives and decision makers.
You have earned your seat at the table within the digital learning space/domain (necessary)
You are vertical agnostic and believe variety is the spice of life.
You are trained and experienced within the Challenger Sales Method.
You can keep HubSpot up to date, and dont complain about using data to drive activity.
You can build a pipeline, not an underground tunnel that leads to nowhere land.
You have a successful track record of attaining quota that you can speak of over the most recent sales positions.
