Client Specialist – Skin Care and Body Contouring
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Business Goals: Develop and execute sales plans for CoolSculpting and Sculptra at the assigned facility; achieve business objectives through proactive sales activities and strategies; and continuously strive to improve performance.
Customer Opportunity Insights: Gain in-depth knowledge of the skin care and body contouring product lines; identify and understand customer needs; align strategies accordingly; and empower customers by providing professional support and training.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients; understand the needs and feedback of partner clinics; and provide personalized solutions.
Market Research: Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors’ products and business strategies to support the development of effective business plans.
Business Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, analyze data, and propose recommendations for improvement to optimize business processes and strategies.
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams, to ensure sales targets are met.
Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and conduct business activities in a lawful and reasonable manner;
Complete all tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field;
At least three years of sales experience in a related field; strong customer management experience;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
Strong learning and data analysis skills;
Self-motivated, able to independently develop work plans and execute them effectively;
