Requirements
Perform day-to-day operational activities within the SAP Ariba platform.
Monitor system performance, health checks, and availability.
Execute routine maintenance tasks and system housekeeping activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, user problems, and system errors.
Maintain detailed ticket documentation and resolution records, provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Collaborate with Cencora Ariba administrators to design and implement new business processes on the platform administration.
Support integration activities between Ariba and other enterprise systems.
Participate in regular status meetings and project reviews.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and business users.
Provide timely updates on system issues and resolution status.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and configuration records.
Meet or exceed defined SLO metrics for ticket resolution times. Benefits
