The I&I Advanced Customer Engagement Director (ACED) collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to gather customer insights and develop patient-focused solutions, creating new opportunities for I&I BU products at key Aligned KAD accounts and Supergroups. Most of the ACED's work involves direct interactions with customers to enhance and accelerate engagements that benefit the customer, Pfizer, and patients.
Accelerate and optimize customer engagement that drives incremental value for the customer, Pfizer and the patient within the IAT process.
The ACED works closely with the MG-IDN marketing colleagues and our agency partners to help drive solutions that support mutually aligned goals for the customer and Pfizer.
Works with the IAT and the customer in developing an optimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating, and improving patient care that is aligned to appropriate goals and KPIs and customers capabilities.
Contribute to the overall operational excellence of I&I engagement with key accounts, including developing IAT materials, support for account planning and tools to compliantly discuss and highlight IAT impact within our aligned accounts.
Ensure progress toward customer goals is monitored and plans are adjusted accordingly to ensure impact is established and sustained.
Sharing of best practices across I&I on the use of Brand and RCM resources that appropriately advances and accelerates customer initiatives.
Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise – specifically for Prioritized therapeutic areas.
Critical Account Management (project management + change management).
Customer organizational governance/decision making/capabilities/stakeholder management Marketing strategy and execution.
Must-Have
Earn a B.S. or B.A. degree.
5+ years of Pharma or Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing Experience.
Prior local and/or in-line marketing experience with strong history of achievement and performance (4+ years).
Extensive experience in health system/MG/IDN Sales, Account Management or other customer-facing role.
Proven ability to develop insights, strategy, and tactical plans.
Cross functional experience is preferred.
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
