About the job:
The Alternate Payment (APM) Manager partners with the Country Head, Product Management team, Implementation Team. Their main goal is to provide a seamless experience between implementation and technical support for all the Unlimit merchants in East Africa; including Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, etc. APMs are crucial in Unlimit’s global strategy as they allow our merchants to meet their customers with payment systems they are comfortable with.
The APM manager manages executes against KPI’s that measure the objectives of our internal and external stakeholders:
Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the East Africa merchants (>80%) - they received excellent customer service and are love Unlimit Success Transactions Rate (SR) >= 80% for all African based APM’s - Ensure stability and reliability of Unlimit Service
