Requirements
9+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction analytics, public accounting, or a related professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of quality of earnings methodologies, net working capital analyses, EBITDA normalization, and financial statement evaluation in an M&A context.
Demonstrated experience managing FDD engagements and workstreams for private equity and corporate clients, with increasing responsibility for team leadership and client relationships.
Proficiency with analytics and data platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Excel, or Snowflake, and the ability to apply these tools within a transaction context.
Proven ability to independently manage project teams, resolve engagement-level issues, and deliver high-quality client deliverables under tight timelines.
Track record of building and developing strong client relationships, with early-stage experience contributing to business development and proposal efforts. Benefits
