We are looking for an Automation Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Design and develop automation scripts and frameworks, streamlining tasks, workflows, and system processes to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within workflows, applications, and systems, ensuring alignment with business needs
Integrate automation solutions with existing tools, databases, and applications, optimizing operations and improving data flow across various platforms
Conduct rigorous testing and validation, ensuring that automated solutions meet required performance and security standards while minimizing errors
Monitor and maintain automated systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure continuous system functionality
Collaborate with IT teams, ensuring the seamless integration of automation solutions across different departments and systems
Maintain clear documentation for automation scripts, tools, and processes, making them easily understandable and adaptable for future modifications
Review automation processes, optimizing for efficiency, scalability, and performance to drive continuous improvement
At least 5 years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations, process improvement, or related technical delivery roles
Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, or frameworks that streamline operational processes
Experience with automation and low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, UiPath, or similar tools is preferred
Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar technologies
Familiarity with API integration, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or other enterprise systems used for automation and reporting
Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Strong understanding of testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation solutions
Experience in creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and support materials for developed automation solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, developers, DevOps, QA, and IT support teams
Solid understanding of IT operations, service management, incident/change processes, and ticketing systems; experience with HDA or similar ITSM tools is an advantage
Knowledge or exposure to AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, machine learning concepts, or AI-enabled workflow automation is a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum, project delivery, or continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage
Willingness to work on the assigned shift schedule and provide support during critical business or operational needs when required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field
Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱80,000 PHP
Monthly transportation allowance: ₱4,000
Monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance: ₱3,600
