We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B campaigns and lead generation. This role will focus on building and executing targeted email campaigns that nurture prospects, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of turning email marketing into measurable revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Build segmented mailing lists and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement.
Create compelling copy and design layouts that align with brand voice and goals.
Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content.
Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and nurturing.
Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, Apollo, Smartlead, Linkedin messaging).
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, landing pages, and gated content.
Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of email automation platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
