As a B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for building and growing our B2B business.

    Your responsibilities with us

    Strategic development and expansion of our B2B business:

    • Establishing long-term partnerships with key account companies

    • Managing key accounts throughout their entire lifecycle

    Networking & Acquisition:

    • Actively reaching out to new partner companies

    • Reactivating existing contacts in the B2B sector

    • Presentations and pitches to decision-makers

    Process Optimization & Sales Enablement:

    • Analyzing partner volume and deriving sales strategies

    • Close collaboration with Operations, Fleet, and Product & Marketing

    Support & Development:

    • Personal support for partners

    • Development of joint solutions and referral structures

    How you’ll impress us

    • You have at least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (car rental, leasing, mobility, dealerships, etc.)

    • You are familiar with B2B sales involving long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

    • You have managed clients from cold outreach through to closing the deal

    • You excel at presentations, follow-ups, and strategic closing

    • You can leverage networks, build relationships, and close deals effectively

    • You are patient yet results-oriented

    • CRM, data, and processes are not obstacles for you, but rather part of your toolkit
