We are looking for a Backend Developer with at least 4 years of experience in backend development, with solid software engineering foundations and experience working with technologies such as Node.js, C#, Python and Microsoft Azure.

The role will be focused on the development and maintenance of backend solutions, including APIs, microservices, SQL databases and integrations, also participating in CI/CD processes and both cloud and on-premises environments.

Main responsibilities and functions

• Develop, maintain and improve backend services and applications.

• Design, implement and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.

• Participate in the development of solutions using Node.js, C# and/or Python.

• Work with microservices-based architectures.

• Implement and maintain integrations with relational databases.

• Work with services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, as well as with on-premises environments.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

• Use Azure DevOps and Git as part of the development and deployment cycle.

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, SOLID and best software engineering practices.

• Incorporate security practices during the development cycle, considering DevSecOps principles.

• Participate in code reviews, incident resolution and continuous improvement of solutions.

• Collaborate with other technical and business profiles to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Perfil deseado

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or in similar positions.

• Practical experience in backend development using JavaScript/Node.js, C# and/or Python.

• Experience in API design, development and implementation.

• Knowledge and experience working with microservices architectures.

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.

• Solid knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

• Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

• Experience using Azure DevOps and Git.

• Experience in development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps and security practices applied to software development.

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.

• Intermediate English required.

• Availability to work 100% remotely from Mexico
