About the Opportunity:
Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Brazil. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications. This is a full-time remote contractor position in Brazil.

How You Will Make an Impact
Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Benchmark competitors like Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
· Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, in Brazil.
· Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.
· Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
· Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
· Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
