We are adding a Business Analyst to work closely with our clients in the banking industry. The successful candidate must have experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy.
Requirements
3+ years' experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Interactive Multimedia
Direct experience working within Financial Markets, with a solid understanding of industry-specific workflows and data
Previous experience navigating regulatory or compliance requirements within the financial sector
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology
Strong understanding of datasets, APIs, and creating mappings
Expert communicator with the ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to client
Ability to clearly translate & break down business requirements into technical requirements
Experience with Design and Design tools
Experience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and creating use cases for testing
Working experience with confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO & any other tooling that assists with data sets, mappings & creating of customer journeys
Solid critical thinking skills to be able to solve problems to closing
