Requirements and qualifications for a Regional Business Development Manager:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of electronic security systems (e.g. intrusion, video, access control, fire)

• Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market.

• German language skills at native speaker level (spoken and written).

• Results-oriented working style with initiative and responsibility for own results.

• Negotiation skills: strong communication skills both over the telephone and in face-to-face conversations.

• Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.

• Professional conduct, reliable and ethical behavior.

The Business Development Manager at Ajax Systems should therefore act as an ambassador for the company and brand and fulfill the following tasks:

• Promotion of Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, specialists and end users (business partners) in Germany.

• Exploration of new business opportunities and organization of meetings with business partners.

• Planning and preparation of presentations for business partners and other interested groups.

• Building and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and control centers.

• Communication of product features, benefits and developments to business partners.

• Conducting product and trade training in collaboration with business partners.

• Active promotion of the specification of systems containing Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Close cooperation with sales partners of branded products to meet the requirements of business partners.

• Support in developing market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Feedback to management on requirements for current and future Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Creation of accurate and timely reports using the company's CRM system to support own tasks or in accordance with management requirements.
