Requirements and qualifications for a Regional Business Development Manager:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of electronic security systems (e.g. intrusion, video, access, fire)

• Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market.

• Native level German language skills (written and oral).

• Results-oriented working style with initiative and responsibility for own results.

• Negotiation skills: strong communication abilities both over the phone and in face-to-face conversations.

• Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.

• Professional demeanor, reliable and ethical conduct.

The Ajax Systems Business Development Manager should therefore act as an ambassador for the company and the brand and fulfill the following tasks:

• Promotion of Ajax Systems' products and services to system integrators, installers, technical consultants and end users (business partners) in Germany.

• Exploration of new business opportunities and organization of meetings with business partners.

• Planning and preparation of presentations for business partners and other interested groups.

• Building and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and control centers.

• Communication of product features, benefits and developments to business partners.

• Conducting product and trade training in cooperation with business partners.

• Active promotion of specification of systems containing Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Close cooperation with brand product sales partners to meet business partners' requirements.

• Support in developing market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Feedback to management on requirements for current and future Ajax Systems products and solutions.

• Creation of accurate and timely reports using the company's CRM system to support own tasks or as per management requirements.
