
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Product Manager to join our Operations Business Product team within Connected Living Policy Operations. This role acts as the key business owner for assigned products and systems, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business priorities and deliver maximum value.
You will work closely with Operations, IT, and Platform Development teams, playing a critical role in shaping product direction, prioritizing work, and enabling successful Agile delivery.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring clear priorities based on business value
Translate business needs and scope documents into features, epics, and stories
Partner with Agile delivery teams to guide development and ensure readiness
Represent the business in Agile ceremonies including refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives
Facilitate trade‑off decisions when capacity or priority conflicts arise
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and align expectations
Ensure solutions meet user needs and acceptance criteria before release What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or business/technology roles
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
Proven experience managing backlogs and prioritizing work by value
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence decisions without formal authority
Advanced English proficiency Nice to Have
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SQL
