Requirements
3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar
Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep
Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
