Requirements
1+ year of experience in live chat support, customer service, or a similar role
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM)
Strong written communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional
Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality
Familiarity with helpdesk or chat tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshchat, or similar)
Patient, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
