Civil/Structural Engineer 4 (Structural Design) position is a full-time remote role within the United States. The successful candidate will apply technical knowledge to perform civil structural analyses and design of Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures, using structural engineering tools and implementing appropriate standards. Prior US Commercial Nuclear experience and high-level knowledge of ANSYS is required.
Requirements
A minimum of a BS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school is required.
Minimum of 8 years of nuclear/non-nuclear experience as a Structural Design Engineer is required.
Working with the following codes is preferred: ASCE 43, ASCE 4, ACI 349 & 318, ASCE 7, IBC, and AISC N690, Steel Construction Manual and Seismic Design Manual.
Use of ANSYS is required, and LS-DYNA is preferred.
Computer programing skills (e.g. Matlab, or Python) is not required, but preferred. Benefits
Target pay range: $121,630 - $146,795 annually
Full pay range: $109,048 - $170,562
